Boot Camp!

It is that time of year again!!! Our 2nd annual Boot Camp!!

Once a year we have our 12 week boot camp that is done outdoors at our location! We offer 2 times to accommodate all schedules!

Our boot camp this year includes a BRAND NEW outdoor gym!! It is a Tabata style boot camp and runs roughly 45 minutes twice a week.  This is an intense 12 week course, but is suitable for all fitness levels! Modifications are made for those that haven't reached a certain fitness level that others may be at in this point in time in their journey. 

There are no judgements or drama at our boot camps. It is a wonderful small group (12 or less) of women who want to get in shape, get their movement in surrounded by a wonderful group. Plus getting a healthy dose of Vitamin D 


But we offer drop in sessions!!! Information below. MUST email to register in advance

TIME: Tuesday & Thursdays -  June through August (no class July 4)

TIME: Either 9am or 5:30pm

COST: $35/ drop in session
